Important disclaimer
Clascoterone is authorised in some markets only as a 1% cream for the treatment of acne vulgaris. The 5% and 7.5% topical formulations described on this website are not authorised medicines in any market, are not approved for the treatment of hair loss or any other condition, and have not been assessed by any medicines regulator.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a claim that any product will produce any outcome.
This website is currently operating as a pre-launch demand assessment. No products are being sold through it, no payments are being taken, and no card details are being collected.
Terms of use
1. What this site is
This website presents information about topical formulations that Clasco Lab intends to produce, and collects expressions of interest in order to judge whether to proceed. It is not a shop. Placing a reservation does not create a contract of sale, does not reserve stock, and does not oblige either party to buy or supply anything.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a reservation or enquiry.
3. No professional relationship
Reading this site or corresponding with us does not create a clinician-patient relationship. We do not provide clinical advice.
4. Your responsibility for local law
Rules on the import and possession of preparations containing active pharmaceutical ingredients differ sharply between countries. It is your responsibility to establish what is lawful where you live.
5. Accuracy
Specifications, pricing and timing shown during this pre-launch period are indicative and may change.
6. Intellectual property
The text, photography, layout and marks on this site belong to Clasco Lab unless stated otherwise.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clasco Lab is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this site. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes and governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Clasco Lab is established.
Privacy notice
What we collect
If you submit the reservation or enquiry form we collect your name, email address, shipping country, your stated concentration and plan preference, and anything you write in the message field. We do not collect payment details.
Why we collect it
To judge demand, to size a first production run, and to contact you about that launch. We rely on your consent.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we decide not to proceed with the launch.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the email provider used to contact you. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@clascolab.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This pre-launch site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
Shipping & returns
Where we intend to ship
Worldwide, subject to the import rules of the destination country and to our own discretion. Some countries prohibit the import of preparations containing active pharmaceutical ingredients outright, and customs authorities may detain, seize or destroy such shipments.
Dispatch and timing
No orders are being dispatched during the pre-launch period.
Returns
Once supply begins, unopened units in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened units cannot be returned unless the material is defective or does not match its certificate of analysis.
Damaged or incorrect items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photograph of the item and its batch label, and we will put it right at our own cost.
