Documentation, not reassurance.
Every unit is accompanied by the paperwork that lets you check the material rather than take our word for it.
Certificate of analysis
Batch number, assay result, appearance and release date for the specific batch you received.
Product specification
The agreed limits the batch was tested against, so the result on the COA has a reference point.
Safety data sheet
Handling, storage and first-aid information for the formulation as supplied.
What is in the jar.
A single active in a simple cream base. We do not add fragrance, colourant or botanical extracts, because they add nothing analytically and complicate stability testing.
The full ingredient declaration is printed on the carton and reproduced on the specification sheet supplied with each unit.
How it is meant to be handled.
Store sealed, below 25 °C, away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Wash hands after handling. Do not decant into unlabelled containers — the label is what connects the material to its batch record.
We publish handling guidance only. We do not publish dosing, frequency or application instructions, because doing so would amount to directing an unapproved use.
What we do not claim
We make no claim that these formulations treat, prevent or reverse hair loss, or any other condition. Clascoterone is authorised in some markets only as a 1% cream for acne vulgaris. Use in androgenetic alopecia, and use at 5% or 7.5%, remains investigational and unapproved.
We publish concentration, batch identity and analytical data so you can judge the material for yourself, and we point you to the published literature rather than summarising it in our favour. Consult a qualified clinician before using any topical containing an active pharmaceutical ingredient.
About this formulation.
Higher concentrations of topical clascoterone have been investigated in scalp research, which is where 5% and 7.5% come from. That research is ongoing and unfinished, and a higher concentration is not evidence of a better outcome.
Yes. The base, container, fill weight and process are identical. Only the amount of active per gram differs.
Yes — ask and we will send the most recent released batch COA. Once you have a unit, the COA that ships with it refers to your specific batch.
Shelf life is assigned per batch on the basis of stability data and is printed on the carton. Stability work is ongoing and the assigned figure may change between batches.
We intend to ship worldwide where import is permitted. Several countries restrict the import of preparations containing active pharmaceutical ingredients, and customs may hold or destroy such shipments.
Reserve a place before the first batch ships.
