Important disclaimer
Clascoterone is authorised in some markets only as a 1% cream for the treatment of acne vulgaris. The 7.5% topical formulation described on this website is not an authorised medicine in any market, is not approved for the treatment of hair loss or any other condition, and has not been assessed by any medicines regulator.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a claim that any product will produce any outcome.
This website is currently operating as a pre-launch demand assessment. No products are being sold through it, no payments are being taken, and no card details are being collected.
Terms of use
1. What this site is
This website presents information about topical formulations that Clasco Lab intends to produce, and collects expressions of interest in order to judge whether to proceed. It is not a shop. Placing a reservation does not create a contract of sale, does not reserve stock, and does not oblige either party to buy or supply anything.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a reservation or enquiry.
3. No professional relationship
Reading this site or corresponding with us does not create a clinician-patient relationship. We do not provide clinical advice.
4. Your responsibility for local law
Rules on the import and possession of preparations containing active pharmaceutical ingredients differ sharply between countries. It is your responsibility to establish what is lawful where you live.
5. Accuracy
Specifications, pricing and timing shown during this pre-launch period are indicative and may change.
6. Intellectual property
The text, photography, layout and marks on this site belong to Clasco Lab unless stated otherwise.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clasco Lab is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this site. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes and governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Clasco Lab is established.
Privacy notice
What we collect
If you complete the two-minute check we collect your email address, shipping country, which plan and start date you chose, and your answers about how long you have been losing hair and what you have already used. If you use the contact form instead we collect your name, email and message. We never collect payment details.
Health-related answers
Some of those answers say something about your health, which European law treats as a special category of personal data. We rely on your explicit consent, given by ticking the box at the end of the check, and on nothing else. We do not profile you, we do not share these answers with anyone, and we do not use them for advertising. Withdraw consent by replying to any email or writing to hello@clascolab.com and the whole record is deleted.
Why we collect it
To judge demand, to size a first production run, and to contact you about that launch. We rely on your consent.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we decide not to proceed with the launch.
Who we share it with
Your email address, shipping country, chosen plan and start date are passed to Omnisend, the email service we use to write to you. Omnisend acts as our processor and does nothing with the data except deliver our messages.
Your answers about how long you have been losing hair, what you have already used and why you stopped are not sent to Omnisend or anyone else. They stay on this site. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use any of it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@clascolab.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read and how they found us. It is off by default: no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google unless you press ‘Accept analytics’ on the banner. If you decline, none of it loads.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes your truncated IP address, the pages you view and basic device information, acting as our processor. Advertising signals and personalisation are switched off, and we do not combine analytics data with anything you submit through the form. Google may process this data outside the EU under its standard contractual clauses.
You can change your mind at any time: reopen cookie settings. Clearing your browser storage also resets the choice.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers to fetch them.
Shipping & returns
Where we intend to ship
Worldwide, subject to the import rules of the destination country and to our own discretion. Some countries prohibit the import of preparations containing active pharmaceutical ingredients outright, and customs authorities may detain, seize or destroy such shipments.
Dispatch and timing
No orders are being dispatched during the pre-launch period.
Returns
Once supply begins, unopened units in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened units cannot be returned unless the material is defective or does not match its certificate of analysis.
Damaged or incorrect items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photograph of the item and its batch label, and we will put it right at our own cost.
